Vision

Women in Energy, Asia (WIEA) established in 2014 with the objective to give female professionals of the energy sector a platform to grow their industry network and foster their careers through mentoring, training, role-modelling and professional development. 

Our Mission

WIEA is a non-for-profit society, registered in Singapore in early 2015, having the support and trust of our individual and corporate members as well as corporate sponsors who have accompanied our journey year on year. 

This journey has been absolutely rewarding and today WIEA is still thriving. It has been a journey of growth, learning and support, individually and collectively, personally and professionally.

We have been privileged to receive the support of eminent energy leaders, from Singapore and beyond. 

WIEA organizes regular events throughout the year which provide the opportunity to hear a variety of innovative speakers, panel discussions and other such activities to support the intellectual, professional and personal growth of its members.

Our Mentoring Lunches, launched in 2018, have become a regular sought-after rendez-vous for our female members to receive mentorship from talented 'women in energy', in a private and cozy setting.
